Terms and conditions
This document is the terms and conditions of using the website of “Geoinstrumenti” LLC, which at the same time represents the contract between the user and Geoinstrumenti LLC (S/C: 404489665) (hereinafter referred to as “Megageohub”).
The terms and conditions of use of the Megageohub website, together with any amendments thereto and other regulations of Megageohub, constitute a single document and shall be considered as a single agreement signed with the user.
By registering on the website and/or filling out an application requesting installments, the user accepts and acknowledges these terms and conditions, privacy policy, return rules, warranty conditions, and also declares his consent to their legal force.
Definition of terms
The terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the following meanings:
Megageohub (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “website”) – LLC “Geoinstrument” established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code 404489665;
User – a legal entity or a natural person who has reached the age of 18 (with legal capacity) who wants to purchase products posted on Megageohub.
User’s consent – statement about the user’s familiarization with this document and the processing of his personal data.
Third party – any natural or legal person, public institution.
Direct marketing – offering goods and services through mail, phone calls, e-mail or any other means of telecommunication.
Registration – create a personal account.
Account – personal page registered by the user on Megageohub.
Item(s) can be purchased on the website both with and without opening a personal account. By opening an account, the user is also able to track the status of his current installments (if any), as well as the history of his relationship with Megageohub, including information on single payment purchases.
Personal account registration
In order to register a Megageohub-personal account, the user must fill out the registration form with the following data:

Login passwordUser’s ID card (both sides) or passport must also be uploaded to the system during the registration process.
To access the personal account, the user enters the “authorization” page (in the upper right corner of the website) and must enter the e-mail address specified during registration. Email and password.
On the “Personal Information” page in the personal account, the user has the opportunity to edit the personal data specified above during registration.
By registering, the user confirms and warrants that:
the information indicated by him is complete and correct;
He is a person of legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
will not use another person’s personally identifiable information to register on the Megageohub website;
will not use the website to spread false information;
will not use another user’s account;
will not attempt to gain access to another user’s authentication information;
will not take any action that would endanger the proper functioning of Megageohub;
will not take any action prohibited by applicable law, this Agreement, and Megageohub’s Privacy Policy.Closing a personal account and restricting use
If Megageohub considers that the user has violated these terms and conditions or the user has registered with false information, it has the right to close access and limit the use of the personal account unilaterally based on a message sent to e-mail. The user should contact Megageohub in case of receiving a message of this type.
Placement of order, purchase of products and payment
The user has the opportunity to place the item(s) of interest to him/her in a virtual cart containing an unlimited number of item(s). Item(s) can be removed from the virtual cart – for this, the user enters the cart, selects the item(s) he/she wants to remove, and clicks the “Clear Cart” button.
The item(s) can be purchased without adding it to the cart. To do this, on the page of the desired item(s), the user clicks the “Buy” button and goes to the order page. If the user is not logged in with a personal account, in order to purchase the item(s), the following data must be filled in on the order page:

Last name
Personal number;
E-mail mail
Contact number;
Delivery address;
(In that case, when buying the item(s), the user is logged into the system with a personal account, the above data is filled automatically).
After filling in the data, the user chooses a payment method, namely:
Payment by card (bank transaction);
Bank installments (requests installments with Megageohub partner banks, whose links are given on the same page);
Bank transfer to bank accounts specified by the company.
In case of choosing to pay by card, in order to pay for the products, it will be redirected to the payment page, where the user enters the card data from which the payment is made;
In the case of choosing a bank installment, the order is considered accepted only after the bank approves the installment to the customer and ensures payment of the value of the item(s) in our favor;
In case of choosing bank transfer, in order to pay for the products, it will be redirected to the invoice, according to which the buyer will transfer the amount to the company’s account;
Terms and conditions of delivery of purchased products
Megageohub delivers products purchased up to 500 (five hundred) GEL within Tbilisi city through the postal service selected by it within 2 working days after purchase for 10 GEL, and in the region within 5 working days after purchase for 20 GEL. Delivery of item(s) above 500 (five hundred) GEL is free. In addition, Megageohub delivers the item(s) to the address specified by the user. Megageohub is entitled to claim compensation in the event of the Customer’s request to bring the item(s) to the Apartment.
The payment for the postal service is provided by the user, the amount and terms of which Megageohub will agree with the user in advance. Megageohub’s responsibility ends when the products are handed over to the postal company. The risk of loss and damage to products is fully transferred to the postal service company.
In order to provide postal services, Megageohub will provide the user’s known, personal confidential information, namely the user’s name, surname, address and phone number, to the postal service selected by him.
The policy on the processing and storage of confidential information can be viewed by the user on the privacy policy page.
Conditions for refund of item(s) and/or money
Item(s) purchased at Megageohub are non-refundable and/or exchangeable.
Item(s) purchased at Megageohub are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty card is given to the customer together with the item(s) indicating the addresses and contact numbers of the service centers where the item(s) with a technical defect should be repaired. The amount paid to Megageohub is refundable only if:
Megageohub will not be able to deliver the item(s) purchased by the user (due to its unavailability in the warehouse or any other objective reason);
There was no such payment obligation by the customer (unjust enrichment);
Limitation of Liability
Megageohub ensures the development of appropriate defense mechanisms to the best of its ability, however, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, damage caused by third parties, services offered by them to users.
By using the services of Megageohub, the user confirms that he is a competent person who has reached the age of 18 and uses the website at his own will and risk.
Megageohub is not responsible that the website or services will be continuously available to the user and does not guarantee that the website will be free of software bugs, viruses and/or any other errors.
Restrictions on the use of the website
Information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. Megageohub will not provide the user with services that it believes are in violation of applicable laws.
Users are prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to Megageohub’s systems, improper use of information on the website, or any other actions that may directly or indirectly harm Megageohub’s legally protected interests.

During online registration and/or by confirming these “terms and conditions” in another form, the user agrees to subscribe to advertising, promotional materials, services, products and services of interest to the user. In case of consent, the user will receive website news, other offers and information via e-mail.
The user can opt out of receiving information about marketing activities at any time by sending an email to Megageohub.
TERM AND TERMINATION
These terms and conditions come into force after the user declares their consent and are valid until the user cancels the personal account, and in the absence of an account, until the relevant request is sent to mgeohub@gmail.com.
The validity of this document can be terminated also in the cases provided for by the legislation of Georgia and/or this rule. However, regardless of termination of the Agreement, its validity will continue until the fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the parties (if any).
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Procedure
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia
The parties agree that in the event of a dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiation. In case of the impossibility of successful completion of the negotiations, the parties have the right to apply to the Tbilisi City Court.
The invalidity of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the invalidity of any other part.
Changes and additions
Megageohub reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to this document at any time, unilaterally, by publishing it on the same website, without further additional consent of the user. After the changes/additions are made, Megageohub considers the user’s continued use of the website as the user’s consent.
