To avoid possible misunderstandings, please read the warranty conditions and service rules carefully.

Any item has different warranty conditions and terms, before purchasing the item, the potential buyer is obliged to request familiarization with the warranty conditions and terms, and the seller is entitled to introduce the corresponding warranty terms and terms of the specific product.

Warranty service:

Warranty service means free repair or replacement of a damaged device after the sale within the full warranty period.
The term of repair or replacement is determined, according to the rules established by the seller, according to the terms and conditions specified in the warranty card issued after the purchase of the item.
To receive warranty service, the owner of the item must submit a warranty card to the service, in case of non-compliance, priority will be given to the seller’s warranty conditions.
The service center is not responsible for the storage of information in the user’s item.
Warranty service is not performed/cancelled if:

The warranty period has expired;
The warranty card is not presented (lost);
The manufacturer’s warranty card (if any) is not presented;
The data in the warranty card has been changed, deleted or modified;
The serial number, email code is not readable or visible in the warranty card and on the device case;
The device has visual and mechanical damage/defect;
The device was used for a purpose(s) inappropriate to its intended purpose;
The seal or seal is damaged or loose;
Damage caused by a computer virus or inappropriate file(s);
The damage is caused by E-mail. With network failure (voltage change), mechanism damping, corrosion, exposure to high or low Temperature, violation of operation and storage rules/conditions, on equipment marked with: physical damage, voltage, frequency or temperature regime violation. on damaged COM, PS/2, USB and UTP ports.
The warranty also does not cover software, system unit power supply, memory card, cable, adapter, charger and other accessories.
To exchange the item, it is necessary to keep the box and accessories.

In the case of force majeure, without agreement with the customer, the seller is entitled to make adjustments to these conditions, warranty obligations and repair deadlines.

These warranty conditions are effective from the moment of sale of the product.
